No account, no registration, no email address — nothing. Exchs Finance is completely registration-free. Open the exchange widget, choose your currency pair, enter a destination wallet address, and you are done. There is no profile, no login, and no password to remember or protect.
Absolutely not. Zero KYC. We never ask for your name, date of birth, government ID, passport, driver's licence, proof of address, selfie, or any biometric data. Every swap on Exchs Finance is processed with complete anonymity — it is the fundamental reason we exist.
We support 60+ cryptocurrencies including BTC, ETH, XMR, USDT (ERC20/TRC20/BEP20/Solana/TON), USDC, LTC, SOL, TRX, BNB, DOGE, ADA, DOT, XRP, DASH, ZEC, TON, ATOM, AVAX, LINK, AAVE, SHIB, PEPE, ARB, OP, SUI, APT, and more. The minimum swap is equivalent to $100 USD and the maximum is $282,100 USD per transaction. These limits apply regardless of your identity or history — there are no verification tiers that unlock higher limits. The exact minimum and maximum in your selected cryptocurrency is shown in the widget before you proceed.
Yes, and we encourage it if additional network-level privacy matters to you. We do not block, throttle, or restrict access from VPN connections or the Tor network. Our platform is fully functional over both.
How Anonymous Swaps Work
Most swaps complete within 5–15 minutes from the moment your deposit confirms on-chain. Speed depends on the originating blockchain. Ethereum, Solana, and TRON-based swaps tend to confirm in minutes. Bitcoin swaps may take slightly longer depending on network congestion and how many confirmations we require (typically 1–2).
1. Select the coin you are sending and the coin you want to receive. The live rate is displayed instantly. 2. Enter the destination wallet address where you want the converted coins delivered. 3. You receive a unique, one-time deposit address for this order. 4. Send the exact amount from any wallet to that deposit address. 5. Once the on-chain confirmation fires, the swap engine automatically executes the trade and dispatches the result to your wallet. No confirmation email, no approval step, no manual review.
If the amount sent is below the minimum threshold, the exchange may not process automatically. Contact our support team at support@exchs.finance immediately with your Order ID and the transaction hash (TXID). We will investigate and resolve on a best-efforts basis. Always check the displayed minimum before sending.
When you create an order, the displayed exchange rate is locked for 30 minutes. Your deposit must be sent and confirmed on-chain within this window to benefit from the locked rate. If the timer expires before confirmation, your deposit address remains valid and your funds are safe — but the swap rate will be recalculated at the current market rate when the deposit is detected.
The rate shown is fetched live from the market at the moment you create your order and is locked for 30 minutes. This protects you from significant price swings while your transaction is confirming on the originating blockchain. The estimated receive amount you see at order creation is the amount you should receive, subject to minor variation from network fees on the output side.
Privacy & Security
We store only the technical data required to process your swap: the deposit address, destination wallet address, currency pair, amount, and order timestamp. This data is stored in your browser session and is associated only with an Order ID — never with a personal identity, email, or IP address. Once your session ends, the order data is no longer accessible to you or to us. Full details in our Privacy Policy.
Yes. BTC to XMR is the single most popular anonymous swap pair on our platform. Monero is fully supported as both a send and receive currency with zero additional requirements. Many users choose XMR as a receive currency because Monero's protocol makes the resulting coins untraceable at the blockchain level — combining our no-KYC swap with Monero's native privacy features.
No. Exchs Finance is non-custodial. We do not maintain user balances, wallets, or accounts. Your deposit flows into the swap engine and the converted coins are dispatched directly to your destination wallet. There is no internal account where your funds sit and no custodial relationship between you and us.
Standard web server infrastructure generates access logs that may include IP addresses. These are operational logs used for security and debugging — not for tracking or profiling users. We do not link IP addresses to order data or maintain user-level tracking. If IP-level anonymity is important to you, we recommend using a VPN or Tor, both of which are fully compatible with our service.
Support & Troubleshooting
First, verify that your deposit transaction has the required number of on-chain confirmations using a block explorer for the originating blockchain. If the deposit is confirmed and more than 30 minutes have passed without your swap arriving, email us at support@exchs.finance. Include your Order ID (format: ORD-XXXXXXXX) and the transaction hash (TXID) of your deposit. We respond within 24 hours.
The Letter of Guarantee is a downloadable document generated for each order. It contains the Order ID, currency pair, amounts, deposit address, and destination wallet — creating a verifiable record that an exchange was initiated through our platform. It can be used as evidence of the transaction if you need to follow up with support or resolve a dispute.
Sending the wrong coin to a deposit address is a serious error that cannot be automatically reversed. Contact support at support@exchs.finance immediately with your Order ID, the TXID of the wrong deposit, and the coin you mistakenly sent. Recovery may be possible on a best-efforts basis but is not guaranteed. Always double-check the required currency before sending.
